The Hickory Corners & Community Fire Company is pleased to provide the community with opportunities to rent our banquet hall, both with or without a meal. Our banquet hall is approximately 1,600 square feet and comfortably seats 100 people in a traditional meal seating arrangement. A microphone is available, making the space suitable for sports award banquets, etc.
Home-Cooked Meals
There is nothing better to please a hungry crowd than a good, old-fashioned, home-cooked meal. Luckily, we have you covered with years of experience feeding the community! Wether it’s a hot meal served family style or a more informal “picnic style” buffet of sandwiches and salads, we can accommodate your needs.

Need something fun for your gathering? How about some bingo?! We have the machine, you provide the license. We provide the perfect spot to hold your organization’s next bingo fundraiser!
The Details…
There’s always fine print isn’t there? Here are the general rules and regulations that we ask all renters to abide by.
- Rental fee: $200.00 NOTE: A rental fee is not charged if a meal is served by the House Committee.
- Rental fee includes the use of the banquet hall, restrooms, kitchen sinks & kitchen prep area. The kitchen is NOT available for the use of renters (stoves, etc.). The rental also includes water, electric, garbage disposal, tables and chairs.
- All renters will be overseen by an Active Member in good standing. Only this member may make adjustments to the heating and cooling systems.
- Meal service is only available on a Saturday. The renter must contact the Company’s House Committee for this service.
- The renter agrees to accept all responsibility for any damage to the premises during the period of use. The renter also agrees to hold the Company harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claims and demands arising out of or resulting from such use of the premises.
- The hall is available for bingo fundraisers, along with the manual bingo machine. All renters will need to provide their own bingo license.
- Rental fee covers the use of the above stated facilities for a period of 8 hours, including setup and teardown time.
- Additional time is available at the rate of $30/hour up until 10:00PM. NOTE: This fee is not applicable if the House Committee serves a meal.
- A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to hold a date.
- No alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed on the premises.
- No smoking will be allowed in the building.
- No use of ovens, stoves or any other kitchen appliances by the renter.
- No pets allowed on Company property.
- No gambling activities will be allowed (except bingo with a proper license).
- No immoral or unbecoming behavior will be allowed.
- No programs that discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex or color will be allowed.
- No tape, tacks or crepe paper will be allowed to be placed on the tables, walls, windows or ceiling. Decorations may be attached to ceiling hooks for that purpose.
- No sitting on tables or standing on chairs will be allowed.
- All vehicles shall be parked at the west end of the building in the parking lot.
Banquet Information
Prices: $25/adults, children 10 years and younger are free. No rental fee is charged if a meal is served. There is a minimum of 25 adult meals served per event. Final payment is due on the day of the event. A final head count is due 3 weeks prior to the event.
