Stop The Bleed Course

The public is welcome to join us for a “Stop the Bleed” course provided by Deborah Erdman, RN, MSN, CCRN, TCRN with Geisinger Medical Center. This course follows the program that was developed by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma. The program is approximately 1.5 hours long and teaches the basic principals of bleeding control and tourniquet use until trained emergency providers arrive. No prior first aid training is needed to take this class.
